Trailmate is an AI-powered legal workflow platform designed specifically for law firms to manage client communication and case progression. Built for Frontier Law Center, the goal was to reduce administrative overhead by transforming natural language instructions into structured, automated tasks, instead of relying on static forms and manual follow-ups.
The platform empowers legal teams to delegate work in plain English, automate repetitive processes through reusable skills, and trigger intelligent workflows as cases move through different stages. Trailmate handles client outreach, document collection, reminders, and task tracking autonomously while maintaining full transparency through a centralized dashboard.
From a product and design perspective, the project involved creating an intuitive user experience across onboarding, chat interfaces, and dashboard environments. The visual language balanced legal professionalism with modern AI aesthetics, incorporating secure interaction flows, automation visibility, and performance insights.
